Gabor Körber 7c1ed39474 🤖 Spire 0.2.2: drop superpowers default, build settings, pinned role agents

- Superpowers is no longer part of the cycle; it survives only in
  implementation/references/superpowers.md (older models, override table).
- implementation: plan altitude, staleness check in the attack, phase
  review records unplanned work (never auto-reverts).
- Igor: orienting is not deciding, light grilling trial in brainstorm,
  research briefs ask for findings, journal times from `date`.
- project/init: `## Build` settings section, gitignored project.local.md
  override.
- New pinned agents planner, attacker, reviewer (Opus 5.5).
- .codex/config.toml mirrors .claude/settings.json (spire + gitea).

Spire

An agent orchestration system shaped like an alchemist's tower. Knowledge accumulates, work gets dispatched to hands better suited for it, and the system tends itself rather than accreting cruft. Session coordination, domain expertise, and dispatching are distinct crafts — each with its own skill or agent — not folded into one overloaded assistant. Knowledge management is handled by the separate tome plugin (opt-in).

Replaces g4b_ai.

Components

Skills

Skill	Description
`igor`	Session coordinator. Talks to the user, delegates work, keeps a journal, spawns adepts. Invoke with `/igor <topic>`.
`knowledge`	Knowledge management awareness — how to navigate a project's docs, what tome does, fallback strategy without tome.
`workpad`	Document placement — reports, plans, goals, brainstorms, designs, journals, research, specs.
`research-tree`	Multi-topic research as a dependency tree of parallel phases.
`research`	Research governance — bounded agent spawning, web fetch budgets.
`implementation`	Lean implementation — attack the plan against the code, build in phases, one review per phase.
`svg`	SVG diagram placement and referencing in markdown.

Agents

Agent	Role
`igor`	Session coordinator (loaded by the igor skill).
`adept`	Domain-scoped knowledge agent. Long-lived within a session, accumulates journals.
`planner`	Writes the plan (Opus 5.5). Never builds, attacks or reviews it.
`attacker`	Attacks a plan against the code, reshapes it into a build plan (Opus 5.5). Never the planner.
`reviewer`	Fresh phase review and re-check (Opus 5.5). Never the builder; does not fix.
`athanor`	Build furnace (Opus 5.5) — builds a reshaped plan one phase per turn. "Put it in the oven."
`researcher`	Deep research. Reads, synthesizes, writes reports. No sub-agents.
`search`	Read-only code/file lookup.
`scout`	Lightweight fact extraction. Fast and cheap.

Installation

Add spire to enabledPlugins in .claude/settings.json (official) or .claude/settings.local.json (shadow):
